5iveten has a NO REFUND policy . Since all the products are final, we do not accept refunds or exchanges. We do not accept requests for cancellation of orders or the return of items unless the item you purchased is defective upon our confirmation. If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at 5ivetenbeauty@gmail.com We do not accept defective or incorrect item refunds after 24 hours of receiving your order.

Please send us an email first with your order number, details of the product, image of the part of defect and your order invoice. We will get back to you if the item is eligible for return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 5iveten has the right to refuse any return . All wig units are not eligible for return/exchange .
